Duke Energy wanted to take stock of their ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) web landscape and bring all their content into one holistic online home. Our job was to provide analysis and make recommendations, not to provide any design.

Our team looked at industry competitors to identify opportunities for Duke to be a thought leader:
We reviewed their full ESG report microsites, looking at their content strategy, how visitors navigated the site, and any unique usability opportunities that could be worth emulating. At the end of our report, we identified "Best in Class" amongst each category we evaluated.
We took inventory of their own properties to identify what content should live under the new microsite. This ranged from looking at their (many) corporate sites and mapping out visually where all their ESG content was to dissecting their current site and making observations and recommendations for better engagement.
